2015 Anzac Centenary $5 Fine Silver Proof Triangular Coin. After Gallipoli, Australian and New Zealand troops fought alongside each other in the bitter conflict on the Western Front in France. In 1916, they fought together at Armentieres and Flers, and in 1917 at Messines and the bloody battle for Passchendaele in Belgium. The bond between Australia and New Zealand continued after the First World War, with the two countries serving alongside each other in the Second World War, Korea and Vietnam.
